Tulane Breastfeeding Program (TBP) & other breastfeeding work with the Mary Amelia Women’s Center (MAC)
This is an opportunity for a student interested in the promotion of breastfeeding at the university and city levels.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Ability to communicate clearly verbally and in writing
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Interest in breastfeeding as a public health option
- Willing to take initiative
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Continued development and maintenance of the TBP
- Advocate for additional lactation rooms on the Tulane campus
- Maintenance of the TBP webpage and Facebook page
- Coordinate support meetings on campus
- Attend various local and statewide breastfeeding-focused meetings and events
- Assist in other project related tasks
