The Senior Grants Manager will be responsible for design and management of multiple grants developed under the Neglected Tropical Disease Control Program. S/he provides training and assistance on development of grants, assures compliance to USAID and RTI regulations and requirements and works under the supervision of the Program Director and with oversight from the RTI Office of Contracts. The Senior Grants Manager will have responsibility for management of NTD project grants, including responsibility for the financial and administrative relationship between grantees and RTI.
The HIV/AIDS Program Area Leader will serve as senior member of RTI’s Center for International Health (CIH) group, within the International Development Group. CIH implements programs in the following technical areas: Health Systems and Finance; Health Policy and Research; Health Governance and Public Private Partnerships; Malaria and Vector Control; Neglected Tropical Diseases; and HIV/AIDS. The HIV/AIDS Program Area Leader will be primarily responsible for managing all HIV/AIDS programs and projects, supervising fully dedicated HIV/AIDS staff in the home office and working in field programs. He/she will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and expanding the Center’s portfolio of HIV/AIDS-related activities. He/she will work closely with the Director of the Center for International Health to develop and successfully implement an HIV/AIDS business development strategy.
Indoor Residual Spraying Program – Program Director
RTI International is seeking Program Director applicants for its Indoor Residual Spraying Program portfolio, to include a five year, $150 million, USAID Indefinite Quantity Contract, task orders awarded under this IQC, and additional contracts supporting the use of Indoor Residual Spraying in Africa for the prevention and control of malaria. This position will be based in Washington, DC. The IRS Program Director will serve as the primary liaison to the client, program partners, and stakeholders and will provide strategic leadership and technical and managerial direction for the implementation of the IRS Program. Funded by the U.S. President’s Malaria Initiative (PMI) through USAID, RTI is providing technical and financial support to 15 countries supported by the PMI to expand the use of IRS as an intervention for malaria prevention and control.
Applied Research and Evaluation Specialist
The Applied Research and Evaluation Specialist will serve as senior member of RTI’s Center for International Health (CIH) group, within the International Development Group. The Applied Research Specialist will be primarily responsible for managing the Center for International Health’s applied research and monitoring and evaluation work.
Global Health Product Development Manager
An exciting opportunity exists within RTI International’s Global Health Technologies Group for a Global Health Product Manager. The role will be responsible for providing leadership in the composition of strategies for development and commercialization of global health products, including diagnostics, medical devices, water purification technologies, drug delivery platforms, and information technology. Previous experience commercializing global health products is required.
