Associate Director, CRTU Focus Country Program – Kenya

Position Description:

The Associate Director, CRTU Focus Country Program will provide management, leadership and research utilization technical guidance to the CRTU Focus Country Program in the Africa Region. Main responsibilities include: Provide management, leadership and research utilization (RU) technical support to the CRTU Focus Country Programs (FCPs) in assigned countries in the Africa Region; Ensure standardization/quality of RU programs and work with other FCP managers to implement quality assurance systems; Provide monitoring and evaluation for the FCPs in assigned countries, ensuring systems are in place and functioning and insuring objectives are being met; Provide technical supervision in assigned focus countries; Actively identify and pursue opportunities to mobilize and expand resources to support FCPs in the Africa region; and Perform other related duties as assigned.


Requirements:

BS/BA and 5 – 7 years relevant work experience; or MPH/MS and 5 – 7 years relevant work experience. French language skills preferred.
