DARA International is seeking evaluators
Dear Evaluators,
DARA International (Development Assistance Research Associates) is an
independent non-profit organisation that is committed to improving the
quality of humanitarian action and development aid through evaluation
and research working for institutions like the Red Cross, UNICEF,
UNODC, Europe Aid, MPDL etc. DARA is also a full member of ALNAP.
DARA participating in 3 different LOTS of the EuropeAid Framework
Contract is seeking evaluators. DARA is currently involved in:
– Lot 2 (Evaluation of Calls for Proposal),
– Lot 6 (Support in Methodology Work for Evaluations of EC external
Co-operation) and
– Lot 12 (Humanitarian Aid, Crisis Management and Post-Crisis assistance).
We are looking for evaluators with at least 5 years of work experience
in evaluation of humanitarian aid and development programs. Evaluators
will preferably have work experience with bilateral and multilateral
institutions (European Commission, UN Agencies, Development bilateral
agencies, etc.)
