PROGRAM: Director of Access to Care Services: EIS, ADAP, SNS
REPORTS TO: Director of Programs
SUPERVISES: Access to Care staff: EIS, ADAP, SNS
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
§ Oversee day-to-day operations of three programs, Early Intervention Services, ADAP, and Social Network Strategies
§ Provide counseling & testing, linkage to care, referrals for social and health services related to curriculum topics (e.g., domestic violence services, legal services, STD/HIV testing services).
§ Develop and implement work plan.
§ Supervise staff in accordance with organization policies and procedures.
§ Assist staff to resolve complex or out of policy operation problems.
§ Establish employee goals and conduct employee performance reviews.
§ Schedule work assignments/rotations, training, assignment and schedule rotations.
§ Participate in the design and preparation of activities to publicize the Access to Care Services programs
§ Maintain relationships with community organizations and leaders.
§ Schedule and conduct team meetings.
§ Achieve department productivity and quality goals.
§ Q & A, work with evaluation team, responsible for all data collection for the evaluation of program.
§ Ensure evaluation of program with internal evaluation team, local and national partners
§ Manage inventory and ordering of program materials and other supplies.
§ Complete and submit quantitative and qualitative reports, AIRS, performance based contract
§ Maintain confidential files.
§ Other duties as assigned by Director of Programs.
Qualifications: Masters degree in Social Work, Psychology, Community Health or related field with at least five (5) years experience in HIV prevention, and at least three (3) years supervisory skills. Excellent communication skills, writing and verbal. Computer literate Microsoft Word and Excel. Bilingual (English and Spanish).
