Director, Shared Services (Nigeria):

Position Description:

Performs at a leadership level responsible for direction of Shared Services functions of accounting and finance, contracts and grants management, human resources, information technology, general administration, and regulatory / quality assurance in support of operations and service objectives in a large Country Office.

Minimum Requirements:

BS/BA in Business Administration or related field, and 11-13 years relevant experience; or MS/MA in Business Administration or related field , and 9 – 11 years relevant experience;or PhD in Business Administration or related field, and 7 – 9 years relevant experience. 5-7 years of supervisory experience required. Overseas field experience required.
